my stay was great because the hotel is just a short stroll from skanderbeg square and the national museum of history, making it super easy to explore the vibrant streets of tirana.

Noise from the bustling street outside made for sleepless nights!!! The jacuzzi didn't work properly and the room sizes were misleading, which lessened the overall experience significantly!!!

The rooftop bar has amazing views, but the pool was way too crowded with kids.

Unfortunately, the breakfast pastries were often limited if you arrived later, and there weren't enough hot vegetarian options available.

Clean and stylish rooms

The hotel features an indoor pool that offers a refreshing escape, particularly nice after a long day. I loved the cleanliness throughout the facility, including well-maintained spa areas. The staff at the front desk were helpful in assisting with arrangements and directions, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, the breakfast experience needs improvement. Arriving late often meant missing out on pastries, and I noticed a lack of hot vegetarian options. Also, it was disappointing that although I had a spacious and stylish room, it was very noisy outside at night, especially on the lower floors. The jacuzzi didn’t function during my stay, which was a letdown given I was looking forward to using it after my city explorations.

The location is fab, super clean and comfy! Had a nice relaxing spa session, bliss!

The air conditioning sounded like a lawn mower, and the reception was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot!

I stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe suite. The indoor pool was stunning and the breakfast had great choices, but the room was less spacious than expected from the photos.

this was my second stay in tirana, and black diamond exceeded my expectations. I loved the cleanliness and the lovely spa, especially after walking around in the evening. the breakfast was enjoyable and the staff made us feel welcomed.
